Shipping policy
1. Shipping Overview
All Core Pickups are built and shipped from Germany. We deliver to customers across the EU, the UK, and many other international destinations.
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days once payment has been received, unless stated otherwise for made-to-order or custom items. Custom pickups may require additional build time; estimated lead times are shown on each product page.
2. Carriers and Tracking
We ship using DHL, Deutsche Post, or Royal Mail, depending on your location and order size.
Every shipment includes tracking and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery progress.
3. Delivery Times
Typical delivery times are as follows:

Germany: 1–3 working days

EU countries: 3–5 working days

United Kingdom: 5–7 working days

International (outside the EU): 7–10 working days
All of our pickups are hand-built in our workshop in Germany, so build times can vary depending on current demand and production schedule. Please check the product page for the most up-to-date estimated build and dispatch times before ordering.
Delivery times listed above refer to shipping only and do not include build or processing time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
If you return an item for reasons other than a confirmed fault, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, even if free shipping was offered at the time of purchase.
5. Taxes and Duties
EU Orders:
All prices shown on our website include German VAT, which is applied automatically at checkout.
United Kingdom & Non-EU Orders:
VAT, import duties, and handling fees are not included in your purchase price. These may be payable in your country at the time of import.
Please check your local customs rules before ordering. Core Pickups cannot be held responsible for customs delays, import charges, or local taxes once your order has left Germany.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We can’t be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it once additional postage costs have been covered.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.
